After we assign a case to the consumer, the next step is to schedule an appointment with the appropriate staff for rendering therapy services to the consumer.
At this stage, it is important to check the availability for both the consumer and the staff. The Calendar tab in the Consumer Profile and Employee Profile screens presents this information graphically as follows:
Using the Calendar tab of the Consumer Profile and Employee Profile screens, you can browse any employee or consumer’s availability across any date range using a single screen.
Quick Schedule
Once you have browsed the availability for the employee and the consumer, you can schedule an appointment using the Quick Schedule screen.
1. Date From and Date To
The purpose of these dates is to specify the date range for matching employees and consumers based on their availability
2. Time From and Time To
The purpose of these time fields is to specify a time range for matching employees and consumers based on their availability
3. Days
The purpose of the day selection check boxes is to specify the days of the week for matching employees and consumers based on their availability
4. Degree
The purpose of the degree selection is to specify the degree requirement for matching employees and consumers
5. Location
The purpose of the location selection is to select the office branches for matching employees and consumers
6. Requirements
The purpose of the requirements selection is to specify the schedule requirements for matching employees and consumers
7. Position
The purpose of the position selection is to specify the employee’s position for matching employees and consumers
8. Employee/Consumer Schedule
Depending on which employee or consumer is selected, this section displays their calendar and availability.
9. Employee
This is the employee pool that is displayed after the Search button is clicked.
10. Consumer
This is the consumer pool that is displayed after the Search button is clicked.
11. Employee’s Appointments
This section displays the appointments for the employee selected in grid (9).
12. Consumer’s Appointments
This section displays the appointments for the consumer selected in grid (10).
Each time an appointment is created, modified or cancelled, TM can be configured to automatically send an email alert to the consumer and employee with an attachment to update the calendars on their mobile devices.
