What we can promise is that we take all reasonable precautions to keep your data safe. Our infrastructure itself is set up by professionals with many years of experience in security. We don’t expose our application or database servers directly to the Internet. Everything goes through VPN.
Our servers are protected around-the-clock, with interior and exterior surveillance monitoring. Only authorized personnel have access to the data center. 24/7/365 onsite staff provides additional protection against unauthorized entry and security breaches.

Import/Export Your Data
The import/export of data is a built-in feature in the Therapist Mate Clinic Software (TM), which can be accessed through the Process menu.
You can export your clinic’s data from TM anytime by using the Export screen, which may be found under the Process menu.
You can import your clinic’s data into TM yourself by using the Import screen, which may be found under Process menu.
Alternatively, you may choose to hire us to convert your data for you. Data conversion is a professional service for which we engage a third-party organization to work out with you the best strategy for doing it.
